Kris Shaffer: GitHub for academics

Kris showed us how he uses GitHub to work collaboratively with colleagues and students on many different types of documents. He talked about hosting web pages on GitHub and using it as a platform for online texts.

Beginning of year activities

We talked about various activities that we’ve done at the beginning of the school year. Some were focused on setting a good tone for the year, some were focused on doing science analogy activities.
